LuCresia Fields, M.S., M.A., LPCA is a licensed counselor in Texas and Florida with a background in mental health, education, and social-emotional learning. She holds master's degrees in Sports and Health Sciences and Counseling and is completing a Ph.D. in Social Emotional Learning. Her passion for counseling began while working with foster children, leading her to explore the deeper causes of behavior and thought patterns.

LuCresia works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, using an integrative approach that includes Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. She specializes in complex trauma, grief, identity issues, mood disorders, and compulsive behaviors. With a collaborative style, she helps clients reflect on their past, understand their present, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
