“Offering flexible, judgment-free virtual sessions designed to meet you where you are—because your healing matters."

- Rhonda Williams

Hello, I’m Rhonda Williams, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I specialize in supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQA-related concerns, using a collaborative, client-centered approach tailored to each person’s needs.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. My background also includes extensive experience in education as a special education teacher, working with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, oppositional defiant disorder, and emotional disturbances. I view therapy as a journey of self-exploration and growth, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where clients can reflect, heal, and move toward their goals. If you or a loved one are seeking support, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
